Train Slots determine how many Local Trains a player can have dispatched at once. The game begins with four Train Slots. Additional Train Slots can be purchased in the Shop under the Extensions tab. Other Train Slots are rewarded during gameplay or can be purchased during bonus offers.

Obtaining these slots does not affect the next purchase of a shop slot.

Bonus Train Slots
Occasionally, Bonus Train Slots become available. Purchasing these slots does not affect the next Shop slot purchase. A 20% discount is granted by having the Stock Exchange building in use.
