The Rain Enhancement theme is a weather overlay theme. It can be applied to any theme to cause animated raindrops to fall from the sky. It is only awarded by completing all of Lucy's contracts.
It can be cancelled by using another weather theme, such as:
If they do not have it yet, Clear Weather is awarded to the player for free when Rain is awarded.
