|The E6ACT, nicknamed „Dragon" is a heavy freight electric locomotive, designed and manufactured in Poland by the ZNLE in Gliwice. The prototype was unveiled at the railway expo TRAKO in the 2009. Tests were conducted under supervision of companies STK Wroclaw, Pol-Miedź-Trans, PKP Cargo and LOTOS. The locomotive design was approved by the Office for Railway Transport on December 30th, 2010, and the production of the Dragon locomotive was launched in the second quarter of 2011. It has a CC wheel arrangement and is equipped with 6 asynchronous traction motors.|
