The NS 6300 is a steam locomotive class of Dutch Railways (NS) produced in two body versions. The difference between the frame 1 (units 6301-6310) and frame 2 (units 6311-6322) is that the latter has its coal tender volume increased. The first "frame 1" units were produced in 1930 by Henschel & Sohn in Kassel and the rest, the "frame 2" units, were fabricated a year later in 1931 by Berliner Machinenbau AG in Berlin. |
