| Beuth was a 2-2-2 steam locomotive manufactured by Borsig, first delivered in 1843. The 24th locomotive by the manufacturer, Beuth ended up being a great success, and its valve design became de facto standard for locomotives for decades to come. By 1846, Borsig had manufactured more than a hundred locomotives.|
