For those of us who have been around a while, we often have to answer questions about what certain contract goals mean. This page will help answer your questions regarding certain key words used when describing contract goals.
FULL wagons are no longer needed as the requirement was removed from the contracts descriptions. The following FULL descriptions refers to requirements prior to this change.
FULL:
When "FULL" is used in a contract description, it refers to having enough passengers and mail (if applicable) OR cargo to fully populate a wagon when sending an international train. When sending multiple wagons, each wagon must be filled to capacity in order to count towards the contract goal. Passengers come from your 'Passengers Waiting' total in the upper left when viewing your station. Mail comes from your 'Gathered Mail' in the upper left when viewing your station. Cargo comes from your Materials stock which can be viewed clicking the 'Materials' banner in the upper right when viewing your station.
Example:
Otto contract #13 requires the delivery of 80 FULL Bruine Wagon. A Bruine Wagon has a maximum capacity of 30 
and 500 
. If a Belgian Twelve is used to send 8 Bruine Wagon to Otto, it would require 8 * 30 = 240 and 8 * 500 = 4,000 to satisfy the FULL requirement.
Note that you can send a train to more than one recipient (if you have bought the multiple recipient add-on) and still qualify for the FULL amount.
COMPLETE:
When 'COMPLETE' is used in a contract description, it refers to having a fully populated train set. The locomotive and wagons must all belong to the train set referred to in the contract goal, and enough wagons must be used to match the power of the locomotive. Unless there are fewer wagons available for purchase via 
than the power of the locomotive, wagons that cost 
are NOT required to fulfill a COMPLETE goal. Note that, up until now, TrainStation has stuck to the policy that no will be required to complete any contract. This means that there are always enough wagons available for purchase via to form COMPLETE sets.
!IMPORTANT! When satisfying a COMPLETE requirement, the train DOES NOT NEED to satisfy the FULL requirement.
Example:
Mrs. Wilma contract #4 requires the delivery of 1 COMPLETE Mr. General (Set). Please read the Mr. General (Set) page for additional information.
Example:
Mizuki contract #25 requires the delivery of 45 COMPLETE Shinkansen E5 train sets. The E5 Series locomotive must be used with 11 wagons, which must be the Saitama E5, Miyagi E5 or Iwate E5 wagons. Note that constructing 10 Miyagi E5 and 1 Iwate E5 with the E5 Series will allow you to construct the full Shinkansen E5 train set without using .
FAQ: Can I send a FULL or COMPLETE train to multiple destinations using the Treinroute Planner?
Yes.
As long as the wagons are filled to capacity, a FULL requirement can still be satisfied when using the Treinroute Planner.
As long as a full train set is used, a COMPLETE requirement can still be satisfied when using the Treinroute Planner.
